TRYOUT SCHEDULE
All participants MUST be pre-registered with USAV with club affiliation as "undecided" and bring confirmation of paid registration to the tryouts.
Tryout cost is $45/player, payable at tryouts.
Please arrive 30 minutes early for Check-In.

Tryout times will include some time for physical skills, heighth and vertical. Uniform fitting time will also be included for those that accept a roster invitation.
In most cases, the majority of the roster spots will be given on the first day of tryouts. It is important to make the Saturday tryout if possible. If there is a conflict, please e-mail a message to our website so that we will be aware of your situation.
USAV-NTR Registration
All players must register with the North Texas Region at USA volleyball. This does not apply to Attack Volleyball. USA Volleyball requires that each person that is going to play club register with their association. It can be done on-line. Go to www.ntrvolleyball.org for all details.
ALL players MUST do the following BEFORE showing up at any tryouts:
1. Complete the on-line registration process.
***Remember your Login and Password as you will have to log in again after tryouts and select your club.***

2. Pay your Registration Fee to the North Texas Region. You may pay on-line with a credit card ONLY at the time you are registering. After that you will have to mail your payment to the North Texas Region Office.
***Do this as soon as possible so the region has time to process***

3. Receive an e-mail from the region stating you are registered and your payment has been received.
***Print and bring a copy of this e-mail (or your new membership card) to tryouts***
List of Items to Bring to Tryouts
1. The e-mail from NTR that was received by successfully completing the steps outlined above and verifying that they received your payment (or your new membership card).
2. 2011 Medical Release Form (Click Here to download). This form will need to be notorized if your daughter plays on a traveling team and we will ask you to get your form notorized but will collect those forms at a later time after the teams are formed. Do not worry about notorization when you first come for tryouts.
3. Tryout Fee - $45 - check made out to Attack Volleyball, or cash
